Terms and Conditions — 999rs Platform Rules & Player Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and 999rs ("the Platform", "we", "us"). The Terms apply to all use of the 999rs platform, including the website at 999rs.pro, the downloadable mobile app and any services accessed through either.

Your continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. If you register an account, place a bet, make a deposit or use any game on the platform, you are confirming that you have accepted these Terms at that point in time.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the agreement between you and 999rs.

2. Eligibility

To use the 999rs platform, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 999rs does not permit any player under the age of 18 to register, deposit or place bets.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf — not as a representative or agent of any third party.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting or casino gaming is explicitly prohibited under local law.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and to use the platform according to these Terms.
• You must not be self-excluded from the platform or from online gaming more broadly through any self-exclusion tool you have previously activated.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on the 999rs platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or under different names or identities — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances held across all associated accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your legal name, date of birth, contact number and payment details where requested. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. If any information provided at registration is found to be false or misleading, 999rs reserves the right to suspend or close the account without notice.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — secure and confidential. You must not share your account access with any other person. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact the 999rs support team immediately. 999rs is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player has failed to keep their credentials secure.

• Accounts may not be transferred to or shared with another person under any circumstance.
• You must not open an account on behalf of another person.
• If you have previously been excluded or had an account closed by 999rs, you may not register a new account without explicit approval from the platform.

4. Deposits & Payments

All transactions on the 999rs platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform currently supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and selected mobile wallets. Supported methods may be updated periodically and the current list is displayed in your account dashboard.

When you make a deposit, the funds are credited to your 999rs account balance in PKR. Deposits made through JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed in real time, though processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and the time of day.

• You may only deposit funds from payment methods that belong to you personally. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit in your account.
• 999rs does not charge additional fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposited funds are only to be used for betting and gaming activity on the 999rs platform. Using the platform as a payment processing or money transfer service is strictly prohibited.

5. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time through the Withdrawal section of your account. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. If that is not possible, alternative arrangements will be confirmed by the support team.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity and payment verification. If your account has not been fully verified, withdrawals may be held pending the completion of verification checks.
• Standard withdrawal processing times are displayed on the Withdrawal page. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or if additional verification is required.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the point of request in your account dashboard.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Please see Section 6 for full bonus terms.
• 999rs reserves the right to carry out additional checks before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard fraud prevention measure and is not an indication that your account is under investigation.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

999rs offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to that promotion, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section. Where there is a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

• Wagering Requirements: All deposit bonuses and free bet credits carry a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings generated from the bonus can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly on each promotion.
• Time Limits: Bonuses expire if not used within the timeframe specified on the promotion. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from your account balance.
• One Bonus Per Player: Where a promotion is limited to one per household, IP address or device, creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Sports bets, casino slots, live casino and bingo games may contribute at different rates. The contribution rates are listed on each relevant promotion page.
• Bonus Abuse: 999rs monitors all accounts for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk. If abuse is identified, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.

7. Betting Rules

The Sports and Bet sections of 999rs offer pre-match and live in-play betting on Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 international matches, domestic cricket, football and esports. The following general rules apply to all bets placed on the platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. You may not cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system.
• The odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to your bet. For live in-play betting, odds change continuously and the odds at the moment of confirmation are binding.
• In the event that a sporting event is postponed, abandoned or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport as published on the platform. In most cases, a postponed match that does not resume within 24 hours will result in bets being voided and stakes returned.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed at the time of placing the bet and vary by sport and market type.
• 999rs reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where an obvious error in the odds was present at the time of placement. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account.
• Any bet placed after the start of an event through non-live betting channels will be void.
• For PSL and other domestic cricket competitions, specific competition rules are published within the relevant sports section.

8. Casino & Games

The Casino section of 999rs includes live casino games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, game shows), RNG-based slot games, progressive jackpot titles and the Bingo section. The following terms apply across all casino and game categories.

• RNG Certification: All non-live casino games use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Game outcomes are determined by the RNG and are not influenced by previous results or any external factor.
• Return to Player (RTP): Each slot and casino game has a published RTP percentage. This is a theoretical long-term average and does not guarantee any specific return within any single session.
• Live Casino: Live casino games are operated with professional croupiers and are governed by the rules of the specific game variant being played. Any technical disruption during a live game will be resolved according to the platform's disconnection policy — if a round cannot be completed, the stake is returned to the player's account.
• Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game, 999rs reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake. This applies to both RNG games and live casino.
• Game Availability: Specific games may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, provider updates or regional restrictions. 999rs does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 999rs platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure and forfeiture of balances.

• Registering more than one account, including accounts under different names or using different contact details.
• Providing false, incomplete or misleading information at registration or during any verification process.
• Using automated bots, scripts or any software designed to place bets, play casino games or interact with the platform without manual input.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a bug are not legitimate and will be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting or any form of corruption related to sporting events covered on the platform.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any financial activity unrelated to legitimate gaming.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions as described in Section 6.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing any member of the 999rs support team or any other player.
• Sharing account access with another person or allowing another person to operate your account.

10. Suspension & Account Closure

999rs reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any account at its discretion. Reasons for suspension or closure may include, but are not limited to, breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete verification, or a player's own request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.

• If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will not be able to deposit, withdraw or place bets until the investigation is concluded.
• If an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach.
• If you wish to close your own account voluntarily, you can do so through your account settings or by contacting the support team. Any verified balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method after standard verification checks.
• Players who have activated self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming tools will have their accounts suspended for the duration of the self-exclusion period. Re-registration during a self-exclusion period is a breach of these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

The 999rs platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to maintain a reliable and functional service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors or periods of unavailability.

• 999rs is not liable for any loss of profits, revenue or data arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, except where such loss results directly from our own negligence or wilful misconduct.
• 999rs is not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• We are not liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to network outages, third-party payment provider issues or force majeure events.
• The maximum liability of 999rs to any player in respect of any single incident shall not exceed the value of the funds held in that player's account at the time of the incident.

12. Privacy & Data

The collection, storage and use of your personal data by 999rs is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the platform, you consent to the data practices described in that policy.

In summary, 999rs collects the personal data necessary to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity and comply with applicable anti-money laundering and fraud prevention obligations. 13. Responsible Gaming

999rs is committed to providing a gaming environment where players stay in control of their activity. The platform provides several tools to support responsible gaming, accessible directly from your account dashboard.

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much PKR you can deposit.
• Session Timers: Receive on-screen reminders after a duration you set yourself.
